Return Policy for The Polar Dive

At The Polar Dive, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase of our portable cold plunges and water chillers. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your cold plunge or water chiller must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused, with all original components, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at thepolardive@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Disclosed in email. 

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (like special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
